Dear Nick,

I just wanted you to know that we think the entire association we have had with you and your company has been nothing less than magnificent. From your knowledge of the home theater system to the way everyone treated us, it has been a pleasure. Your choice of the equipment we needed based on what we wanted to achieve was right on. The picture and sound we have in our home is spectacular. We were also very impressed with the young men that installed our system. All the units are centered perfectly and perform properly. We also liked the way everyone made sure we understood all that the components can do. You guys are truly a CLASS ACT.
