Dream Theater

For many years I have been dreaming of having a room in my home, dedicated to viewing and hearing movies the way current technology has designed them to. When my wife and I decided to have our basement finished, a home theater for that purpose was high on our priority list. As with any project, research and planning is critical, and the help of a professional who is knowledgeable in the field can make the task much easier.

I envisioned my theater equipped with a large screen with a picture illuminated by a state-of-the-art projector and audio/video components of the higher end in performance, pushing sound through speakers of the same, but was unsure exactly how and who would help me to make this dream become a reality.

After reading several different magazines on the subject and spending countless hours surfing the World Wide Web gathering knowledge on the technology as well as design ideas, I began contacting companies specializing in home theaters. One company never returned my calls and canceled appointments, and other company's equipment was an insult to the plans I had for the room. I called your establishment not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. My first call for answers to a few general questions about home theaters were thoroughly fielded by a polite and professional individual who identified himself as Dave Cunningham. Over the months to follow, Mr. Cunningham and I met numerous times, both in the business's showroom and in my home, planning, designing and building the theater room of which I've been dreaming. I was completely impressed by Mr. Cunningham's knowledge of the technically complicated equipment he sold, and I could see that he loved what he did. He listened to my ideas and understood exactly what I wanted out of the system. He was not afraid to recommend changes to my plans, and explained why the changes would only improve the theater's performance. Mr. Cunningham's intelligence, dedication and love of his profession shines and made this project enjoyable for my wife and me, and one that we will never forget.
