Fine Job

Dear Installation Department,

I just wanted to write and thank you for the fine job you did breathing new life into my old system on the first floor of my house. It's great how everything is wired (and that all I really need to do is remember Video 1 Input on the TV and then just start pushing the remote controls!).

I also appreciate the courtesy that you both extended to me by answering all of my questions and then adding extra information to the answers. I find what you guys do for a living to be fascinating, and I appreciate that you shared some of your knowledge with me.
