Excellent Customer Service...Not Your Big Box Store

I would like to commend the excellent customer service skills of your employees. I recently purchased an LG LCD television set and it was a pleasure to do business with them. They have wonderful customer service skills. From handling the initial sale and set up of the TV and accessories, instructing me on their operation and putting together a “cheat sheet” of simple, easy to follow instructions, it has been a pleasure. They are a credit to your organization.
