Thanks for coming out today.

Our son Ben has mastered the system and has taught Rich and me. He also showed us the broadcast and bookmark features (Yamaha MusicCast) and the hook up for the iPod - pretty cool features.

Ben indicated that the remote would need to be reprogrammed with some new icons. We can get you in at your convenience (no rush).

As you know, we have used many contractors on our house in these past several years and Hi-Fi Sales has always stood out. You and your staff are ALWAYS responsive, ALWAYS available, quite knowledgeable, courteous, neat....
