What a great experience! I wanted to pass along my appreciation to you and your staff for taking the time to answer questions and guide me in making an educated choice during the recent purchase of my Sony Bravia 46" TV. Hi-Fi Sales' knowledgeable, friendly and informative staff made my wife and I feel very comfortable and relaxed in evaluating our options. The personalized service tailored to my specific needs and requirements was impressive and reassuring. Most notable was the focus on making sure that I was fully informed so that I would ultimately be satisfied with whatever choice I made. This was not the experience I had when I visited the faceless jumbo conglomerates where the focus appeared to be looking to push product out the door. To top it all off, your pricing was extremely competitive if not better than the retail chains. Once again, my sincere thanks and gratitude for your guidance.
