Helpful and Patient...We'll Be Back

We just spent a good half hour on the phone with Nick. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful and patient he was in helping us figure out why our rear speakers were not working. We had spent two days reading the manual trying to fix our problem but to no avail.

It is great to know that your company is so willing to help us. You apparently hire excellent, knowledgeable people. If Nick's bonus is predicated on his ability to solve problems and a gift for working with people, he should fare well.

I can assure you that when we are ready for a flat screen we will be at your business.
