I just wanted to drop you guys a note to say thank you. I stopped in briefly on Monday to ask about an issue I have been having involving some HD picture distortion with Comcast. Although I did not buy my set through Hi-Fi Sales, you were courteous enough to offer your expert advice. After further research, it turns out the issue does have something to with the Fox Sports Live HD broadcasts. A Comcast rep referred me to a recent local newspaper article discussing this very issue. I have also read numerous blogs with people discussing the exact same issues I have been experiencing with the Fox broadcasts. I just thought you might find this information useful for future reference. I wish I was familiar with HI-Fi Sales when I bought my set but I will certainly be a future customer.
